Our Zero-Tolerance Approach
We operate a strict zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking in any form. This includes forced labour, bonded labour, child labour, servitude, and any form of exploitation. We will not knowingly work with any individual, organisation, or supplier involved in such practices.

Our Business and Supply Chains

Our supply chains include vehicle leasing and maintenance providers, fuel suppliers, equipment and packaging suppliers, facilities management services, and labour agencies. We recognise that some sectors and regions carry a higher risk of modern slavery, and we focus additional attention on these areas where relevant.
Supplier Standards and Due Diligence
We expect our suppliers and business partners to share our commitment to preventing modern slavery and to comply with all relevant legislation and regulations. As part of our due diligence processes, we assess new suppliers for ethical practices, including their approach to labour standards, working conditions, and human rights.
Where appropriate, we seek confirmation from suppliers that they have their own policies and procedures to prevent modern slavery and that they cascade similar expectations through their own supply chains. Supplier Audits and Monitoring

Training and Awareness
We are committed to raising awareness of modern slavery risks among our staff. Relevant employees, particularly those involved in procurement, recruitment, and supplier management, receive guidance on identifying potential indicators of exploitation and on the steps to take if concerns arise.
We review our training and awareness measures periodically to ensure they remain effective, up to date, and appropriate to the evolving nature of modern slavery risks.
